Help our customers achieve their goals and drive product adoption. You'll build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage customer relationships and onboarding • Drive product adoption and engagement • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities • Gather customer feedback for product team • Resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or account management • Experience with SaaS products • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Data-driven approach to customer health • Ability to manage multiple accounts • Experience with CRM tools (our company, HubSpot)
