Staff ML Engineer

Lead the development of machine learning infrastructure and models that power our recommendation engine and predictive analytics platform. You'll architect scalable ML systems, optimize model performance, and establish best practices for our growing ML team.

This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership, requiring deep expertise in both machine learning algorithms and production systems. You'll work closely with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to deliver ML solutions that directly impact business outcomes.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps tools
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka)
• Track record of deploying ML models to production at scale
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience
