Job Description
Drive the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment practices as we scale from startup to enterprise. You'll lead a team of platform engineers, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our systems can handle exponential growth while maintaining high availability.
Our infrastructure spans multiple cloud providers and serves traffic across global regions. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, implement infrastructure as code, and build the foundation that enables our engineering teams to ship features rapidly and reliably.
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their services
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
