Job Description
Lead our engineering organization through the next phase of growth, managing multiple teams and driving technical strategy across frontend, backend, and platform engineering. You'll be responsible for hiring, developing talent, and ensuring our engineering practices scale with our business objectives.
This role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring experience building high-performing teams and delivering complex software products. You'll work closely with executive leadership to set technical direction, establish engineering culture, and drive operational excellence across our development organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Track record of scaling engineering teams from 20+ to 100+ engineers
- Experience with modern software development practices and technologies
- Strong background in system architecture and technical strategy
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent
- Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
