Job Description
Drive the evolution of our cloud infrastructure and developer experience as we scale our engineering organization from 50 to 200+ engineers. You'll lead a team of platform engineers building self-service tools, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring our systems can handle 10x growth.
Our current infrastructure runs on Kubernetes across multiple AWS regions, with a focus on automation, observability, and developer productivity. You'll have the opportunity to make high-impact architectural decisions and mentor a growing team of platform engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Background in CI/CD pipeline design and developer tooling
- 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
