Job Description
Our AI/ML team is at the forefront of developing intelligent systems that power personalized experiences for our platform's 50M+ users. As a Staff ML Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of large-scale machine learning systems, from recommendation engines to fraud detection models.
You'll mentor junior engineers, collaborate with research scientists, and drive technical decisions that shape our ML infrastructure. Our stack includes Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and GCP's AI/ML services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
- Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
- Strong background in statistics and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical projects
