Job Description
Our platform engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our global e-commerce platform. As a DevOps Platform Lead, you'll oversee the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
You'll lead a team of 5 platform engineers and work closely with development teams to improve deployment velocity and system reliability. Our infrastructure runs on Kubernetes across multiple cloud providers, with a focus on automation and observability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
