Staff Machine Learning Engineer - AI/ML Platform

Join our AI team to build and scale machine learning infrastructure that powers our core recommendation systems. You'll design and implement ML pipelines, optimize model performance, and work on cutting-edge deep learning applications. Our platform processes billions of data points daily using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes on GCP. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while mentoring junior engineers.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps best practices
• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray) and cloud ML services
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
• Track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
