Staff Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision

Lead the development of cutting-edge computer vision models that power our core product features. You'll work with large-scale image and video datasets, implementing state-of-the-art deep learning architectures and deploying models to production at scale.

As a staff-level engineer, you'll drive technical decisions across multiple teams, mentor other ML engineers, and collaborate closely with product and research teams to translate business requirements into robust ML solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning with 4+ years focused on computer vision
• Expert knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow and modern CV architectures (CNNs, Vision Transformers)
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and distributed training
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with C++ for performance optimization
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
• Track record of deploying ML models to production serving millions of requests
