Job Description
Shape the future of our frontend architecture and lead technical initiatives across multiple product teams. You'll be responsible for defining frontend standards, choosing technologies, and ensuring our React-based applications can scale to support our growing user base and feature complexity.
As a Principal Engineer, you'll work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and designers to make high-impact technical decisions. You'll also mentor senior engineers and drive adoption of best practices across our frontend organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend development experience with modern frameworks
- Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern build tools
- Experience architecting large-scale, high-performance web applications
- Strong background in frontend performance optimization and accessibility
- Experience with microfrontend architectures and module federation
- Leadership experience mentoring senior engineers and driving technical initiatives
- Deep understanding of browser internals, web standards, and emerging technologies
