Job Description
Lead the development of our next-generation recommendation and personalization systems that power experiences for millions of users. You'll design and implement scalable ML infrastructure, work with large datasets, and collaborate closely with product and data science teams.
As a Staff engineer, you'll drive technical strategy for our ML platform, mentor other engineers, and establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and experimentation. Our team works with cutting-edge technologies including PyTorch, Kubernetes, and real-time streaming systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring at scale
- Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow)
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- PhD in ML/AI or equivalent industry experience
