Job Description
Lead our platform engineering initiatives and build the infrastructure that enables hundreds of engineers to ship code safely and efficiently. You'll design and implement our CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and observability stack while ensuring high availability and security.
Our team is responsible for our Kubernetes clusters, monitoring systems, and developer tooling. You'll work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and build solutions that improve developer productivity and system reliability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and networking concepts
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members
