Job Description
Lead the development of our ML infrastructure and recommendation systems that power personalized experiences for our users. You'll architect scalable ML pipelines, work with large datasets, and collaborate with product teams to deploy models that drive key business metrics.
Our ML team is responsible for everything from data preprocessing to model serving in production. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and solve complex problems at scale while mentoring other engineers and establishing best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and data engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
- Expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, or similar
- Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, etc.)
- Strong background in statistics, algorithms, and distributed systems
- PhD in ML/AI/Statistics or equivalent industry experience
