Job Description
Lead our platform engineering initiatives to build and maintain the infrastructure that supports our development teams. You'll design and implement CI/CD systems, manage Kubernetes clusters, and establish monitoring and observability practices across our organization.
Our platform team is central to enabling developer productivity and system reliability. You'll work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and build tools that make deployment, monitoring, and scaling seamless and efficient.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members
