Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the development of our next-generation recommendation engine and personalization systems that power our core product experience. You'll work with petabyte-scale datasets and deploy models that serve hundreds of millions of predictions daily, directly impacting key business metrics.

As a staff engineer, you'll drive technical strategy across multiple ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with our data science and platform teams. Our ML infrastructure leverages modern tools including Kubernetes, MLflow, and real-time feature stores.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with production ML systems
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps best practices
• Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, or Dask)
• Proficiency with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML)
• Experience with real-time inference systems and model monitoring
• Knowledge of feature engineering, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
