Principal Frontend Engineer

Drive the technical vision and architecture for our frontend applications, leading initiatives that span multiple product areas and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for establishing frontend standards, building shared component libraries, and mentoring engineers across the organization.

Our frontend stack includes React, TypeScript, and Next.js, serving a complex application with rich user interactions and real-time features. As a principal engineer, you'll balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic technical leadership, working closely with product and design leadership to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with expert-level React and TypeScript skills
• Proven track record of leading large-scale frontend architecture initiatives
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Jest)
• Strong knowledge of state management patterns and micro-frontend architectures
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical standards across teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions
