Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Our AI team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions that power recommendation systems and personalization features used by millions of users daily. We're seeking a Staff ML Engineer to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.

In this role, you'll design and implement large-scale ML systems, optimize model performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products. You'll work with our modern ML stack including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLflow, deployed on GCP with Kubernetes.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning and data science
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Proficiency with cloud ML services (GCP AI Platform, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML)
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, or Dask)
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
