Job Description
Our platform engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our high-traffic applications serving over 10 million requests per day. We're looking for a DevOps Platform Lead to drive our infrastructure modernization and lead a team of skilled engineers.
You'll architect scalable, reliable systems using cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Our current stack includes Kubernetes, Terraform, Go, and multi-cloud deployments across AWS and GCP. You'll also be responsible for implementing observability solutions and ensuring 99.99% uptime.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for tooling development
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
- Previous experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
