Job Description
Join our AI/ML team to build and deploy machine learning systems at scale. As a Staff ML Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of ML infrastructure that powers our recommendation engines, fraud detection systems, and predictive analytics platform. You'll work with petabytes of data and cutting-edge ML technologies to solve complex business problems.
This role requires both deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You'll collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready systems that impact millions of users daily.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps frameworks
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, Dask)
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Proficiency with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model serving at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
