Staff ML Engineer

Lead the development of machine learning systems that power our recommendation engine and personalization features. You'll work at the intersection of research and production, translating cutting-edge ML research into scalable solutions that impact millions of users.

Our ML team operates with significant autonomy and technical ownership. You'll collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to design and implement ML infrastructure that supports real-time inference and continuous model improvement.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with production ML systems
• Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows
• Experience with feature stores, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
