DevOps Lead

Drive the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment practices as we scale from startup to enterprise. You'll lead a team of platform engineers in building robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure that supports our growing engineering organization.

This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities. You'll establish best practices for infrastructure as code, implement comprehensive monitoring solutions, and ensure our systems can handle rapid growth while maintaining high availability.

• 6+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience with team leadership experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their managed services
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks
