Job Description
Lead a team of 20+ engineers across multiple product areas, driving technical strategy and execution for our core platform. You'll be responsible for team growth, technical roadmap planning, and ensuring our engineering organization can scale effectively as we expand our market presence.
This role combines people management with technical leadership, requiring you to balance team development, stakeholder communication, and hands-on technical guidance. You'll work closely with product leadership, other engineering directors, and executive team to shape our technology vision.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivery processes
- Strong technical background in web applications, distributed systems, or related areas
- Experience with agile development methodologies and engineering metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with hiring, performance management, and career development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
