Job Description
Lead our platform engineering team in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our development teams. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing our Kubernetes-based platform, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling. Our infrastructure spans multiple cloud providers and handles high-traffic applications serving millions of requests daily.
As a platform lead, you'll work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs and provide reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions. You'll also drive initiatives around security, compliance, and cost optimization while ensuring 99.9% uptime for our critical services.
Requirements
- 6+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
- Solid programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR)
