Job Description
Lead the development of our next-generation recommendation systems and ML infrastructure. You'll architect scalable ML pipelines, work with petabyte-scale datasets, and deploy models that directly impact our core business metrics.
Our ML team is at the forefront of applying cutting-edge research to real-world problems. You'll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to build systems that serve millions of predictions per second with sub-100ms latency requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps practices
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, or Dask)
- Strong background in recommendation systems, ranking, or personalization
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes
- Experience with feature stores, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience
