Job Description
Lead our platform engineering initiatives to build world-class developer tooling and infrastructure. You'll design and implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and deployment strategies that enable our engineering teams to ship code safely and efficiently.
Our platform supports over 200 microservices across multiple environments. You'll work closely with engineering teams to understand their needs while driving adoption of best practices for observability, security, and reliability across our entire technology stack.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
