• 10+ years of frontend development experience with 3+ years in architectural roles
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and module federation
• Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives
• Experience with testing strategies, including unit, integration, and E2E testing
