Job Description
Our platform engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that enables our development teams to ship code quickly and reliably. As a DevOps Platform Lead, you'll drive the technical strategy for our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling that supports hundreds of engineers across multiple product teams.
You'll lead a team of platform engineers to design and implement solutions using Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern observability tools. Our infrastructure spans multiple cloud providers with a focus on automation, security, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and multi-cloud architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and GitOps practices
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
- Leadership experience managing technical teams and driving platform adoption
