DevOps Platform Lead

Shape the future of our engineering infrastructure by leading a team of platform engineers responsible for our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and developer tooling. You'll work directly with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity, system reliability, and developer productivity.

Our infrastructure spans multiple cloud providers and supports hundreds of microservices. You'll drive initiatives around infrastructure as code, observability, and security while mentoring team members and establishing platform engineering best practices across the organization.

• 6+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience with team leadership background
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure as code practices
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, our company)
• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and service mesh technologies
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence technical decisions
