Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the development of our AI-powered recommendation systems and drive machine learning initiatives across our platform. You'll work with large-scale datasets to build models that directly impact millions of users, while establishing ML engineering best practices and mentoring other engineers.

Our ML team operates at the intersection of research and production, deploying models that serve real-time predictions at scale. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure teams to bring cutting-edge ML solutions from concept to production.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related field
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps practices
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray) and cloud ML platforms
• Strong background in deep learning, recommendation systems, or NLP
• Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines in production environments
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and model serving frameworks
• Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
