Job Description
Our platform team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale our infrastructure and improve developer productivity. You'll work on our Kubernetes-based platform that supports hundreds of microservices and handles millions of requests per day.
In this role, you'll focus on automation, monitoring, and reliability. You'll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, and work closely with development teams to optimize their deployment workflows. Experience with cloud-native technologies and a passion for developer experience are essential.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration management
- Understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with incident response
