Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the development of our next-generation recommendation systems that power personalized experiences for millions of users. Our ML team operates at the intersection of research and production, deploying models that directly drive business metrics.

You'll architect scalable ML pipelines, collaborate with research scientists, and ensure our models perform reliably in production. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning with production deployment experience
• Expert-level Python skills with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, or Dask)
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Kubernetes
• Experience with large-scale data processing and feature engineering
• PhD in ML/AI or equivalent industry experience preferred
