Staff Machine Learning Engineer - NLP/Computer Vision

We're seeking a Staff ML Engineer to lead our AI initiatives and drive the development of cutting-edge machine learning models. You'll work on challenging problems in natural language processing and computer vision, building scalable ML systems that serve millions of requests daily.

This role involves architecting ML infrastructure, mentoring other engineers, and collaborating with research teams to bring state-of-the-art models into production. You'll have significant technical leadership responsibilities and help shape our ML engineering culture.

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with production deployments
• Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow and modern ML frameworks
• Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or both
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Proficiency with Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
• PhD in ML/AI or equivalent industry experience
