Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Lead the development of our AI-powered recommendation system that processes billions of data points daily. You'll architect and implement scalable ML pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical decisions across our ML infrastructure.

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering
• Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps practices
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, Dask)
• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred
