Data Engineering Lead

Build and lead our data engineering team responsible for processing petabytes of data daily. You'll design scalable data pipelines, implement real-time streaming systems, and ensure data quality across our analytics and ML platforms.

Our data infrastructure leverages modern tools including Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and strategic planning for our data platform roadmap.

• 6+ years of data engineering experience with large-scale data systems
• Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and workflow orchestration (Airflow)
• Strong background in data warehouse design and cloud data platforms (our company, BigQuery)
• Leadership experience managing and growing engineering teams
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and observability practices
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DataOps practices
