Engineering Director - Platform

Lead our platform engineering organization of 40+ engineers across multiple teams responsible for our core infrastructure, developer tools, and platform services. You'll set technical strategy, drive engineering excellence, and ensure our platform can scale to support our rapid business growth.

This role requires both technical depth and strong leadership skills. You'll work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering managers to align our platform roadmap with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and platform systems
• Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience with engineering management, hiring, and organizational development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and technical roadmap planning
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
